VOTING FOR THE 2009 ANNUAL CIVIL SOCIETY MEDIA AWARD ANNOUNCED

On September 15, 2009, the Macedonian Institute for Media (MIM) announced the beginning of the voting for the 2009 Annual Civil Society Media Award. Following the example of the past three years, the voting will take place during three months, until December 15, 2009.
All non governmental organizations (NGOs) registered in Macedonia will be eligible to vote. Votes can be sent via regular mail addressed to the Macedonian Institute for Media, or through the e-form available on MIM’s web site

The Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) was recently awarded the USAID-funded Kosovo Civil Society Strengthening Program (KCSSP), and is currently recruiting for the following positions: Grants Manager, Grants Coordinator, Capacity Building Manager, Finance and Operations Manager, and Finance and Operations Assistant.
KCSSP is a three-year, $4 million project with the goal of ensuring that Kosovo civil society is an effective and influential partner to government in public decision-making that contributes to an inclusive and democratic Kosovo. The project has significant grant-making and technical assistance components.
